About the network

A professional network built for connection, collaboration, and referrals.

The Oklahoma Clinicians of Color Mental Health Professional Network brings mental health professionals of color together to find one another, build relationships, share opportunities, and strengthen the professional community across Oklahoma.

The directory is one way to connect. The network is the bigger picture.

More than a directory.

Finding a clinician of color should not have to mean searching through disconnected websites, relying on word of mouth, or hoping someone knows someone.

But visibility is only part of the need. Professionals also need places to build relationships, exchange referrals, find collaborators, share expertise, discover opportunities, and support one another.

This network was created to make those connections easier.

How it works

01

Join

Create your professional profile and tell the network who you are, what you do, and how you want to connect.

02

Be discovered

Once your profile has been reviewed and approved, the information you've chosen to share becomes available through the professional directory.

03

Connect

Use the network to find colleagues, make referrals, discover opportunities, collaborate, and build professional relationships.

Profiles are reviewed before publication to ensure required information is complete and appropriate for the network.

Camille Lafleur, founder of the Oklahoma Clinicians of Color Mental Health Professional Network
A note from the founder

I created the Oklahoma Clinicians of Color Mental Health Professional Network because I believe community matters.

Over the years, I've seen how much clinicians and other mental health professionals learn from one another when there is space to connect beyond our individual practices and workplaces. I've also seen how difficult it can be to find colleagues who share our experiences, understand our communities, or simply know what it is like to do this work alongside us.

This network is my way of helping create more of that space—one where we can find one another, share what we know, make meaningful connections, and create opportunities together.
